check in at airport on 9th nov @2200 hrs, arrive Nairobi on 10th nov @ 0635 hrs flight change at Nairobi, leave Nairobi at 1225 hrs and arrive at Livingston airport and transfer to the Zambezi sun hotel on bed and breakfast basis which is about 500 mt.from the falls. transfer to the activity center for the sun downer cruise on Zambezi river with dinner on board. return to the hotel for overnight.

Depart after breakfast for a private full day Cape Peninsula Tour accompanied by the tour guide.
Depart for the cape of good hope nature reserve along one of South Africa’s most scenic routes, passing hout bay. enjoy a cruise to seal Island to view seals and sea birds at duiker island (weather permitting) lunch at mariner’s wharfside grill. The new lighthouse – the most powerful in the world – beams an electric light of 19 million candle power across the ocean. ascend to the top by flying dutch funicular visit the penguin colony at boulders beach. during the day we will visit groot constantia vineyard. South African wines are world famous for the unique blend. we will have wine testing session at vineray. then drive through the historic naval base town of simon’s town and allow time for a stroll through kirstenbosch botanical gardens (optional extra). dinner at a local Indian Restaurant. overnight at the garden court de waal hotel / the st georges hotel on bed and breakfast basis

After breakfast transfer to the airport for the flight to Johannesburg. Arrive at Johannesburg airport and depart directly for sightseeing. includes, goldreef city theme park, gold mine level 5, apartheid museum, sight seeing train, small african village. lunch and dinner included. overnight at the hotel peermont metcourt.
Gold reef city:
built around an old gold mine, this theme park is a reconstruction of Johannesburg during the gold rush era. included in this tour is a descent down an old gold mineshaft to learn how gold was extracted in the past, witness molten gold poured and watch an exciting display of tribal dancing children under 5 years not allowed on nderground mine tourgold reef city is closed on mondays and tuesdays. set times for tours departing at 09h00, 10h00, 11h00, 14h00 & 15h00 drive past the carlton centre in Johannesburg city and surrounding areas.
Continue through downtown johannesburg past the supreme court and anglo american’s headquarters. Enjoy a guided tour of constitution hill. should time allow visit Museum Africa (closed on mondays).

Arrive in time for lunch. abredares country club is the base hotel for the ark. after lunch depart with an overnight suitcase with the lodge vehicle leaving your van behind. ark, is a tree hotel in aberdares mountain range. Game viewing from balconies and varandahs. dinner and overnight in the lodge

Cost of the tour per Head : INR 97920 + USD 2910
Service tax @ 3.09% is applicable on entire package.
Option 1) instead of lake nakuru if we choose to visit lake naivasha with stay at lake naivasha country club, the cost would be usd 2622 instead of usd 2728. we have a choice of enjoying boat ride at lake naivasha (optional extra).

Tour cost does not Include
1. any increase in air fare that may come into force prior to the operation of the advertised and/or scheduled journey, and also in the cost of land arrangements due to increase in fuel price fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, etc. the passengers will have to pay the difference and or/additional amount so required before the departure of the tour.
2. any weekend surcharge over and above air fare, will have to be paid by the passengers
3. porterage, excess baggage charges, expenses of personal nature (laundry, on tour personal medical
expenses, phone calls, drinks, mineral water in South Africa & Zambia) and all other items which are not
specifically mentioned as being included in the cost.

Terms & Conditions :
Validity : the quotation is valid for 45 days. (Will be reviwed after that)
Cancellation : the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing or by mail by group’s designated authorised person only.
Cancellation charges are per person.
1. Before 45 days cancellation, then only registration fee or advance is treated as cancellation charges excluding air ticket.
2. Between 25 to 44 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50% of the tour cost
excluding air ticket.
3. Between 1 to 24 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 70% of the tour cost
excluding air ticket.
4. In case of ‘no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are 100% of the tour cost.
5. Air ticket cancellation will be as per respective airline policy for the particular ticket.
6. Tour cost includes only one time visa fees. in case visa gets rejected, for reapplication of visa – customer need to pay full amount again for issuing/ applying the same.
 Please Note
1. The above tour cost is based on calculation of minimum 24 adults.
2. In case number of pax changes (increase or decrease) , then tour cost will change.
3. Free baggage is allowed upto 20 kg. per head.
4.our priority will be to get the visa done before we leave the country. in case visa is rejected for any
reason, full charges including service charges of agent will have to be paid.
5. 1 usd = inr 59/- ; 1 usd = zar 8 ; (rates as of 10th july 2013 & subject to market change). customer will
have option to handover usd portion in cash of transfer directly to the designated bank in dollars or buy
dollars from our authorised forex agent at the rate prevailing that day. all the charges, taxes of the transaction need to be borne by customer.
6. minimum time for visa of south africa 10-15 working days ; for kenya on arrival as well as 4 -5 working days, zambia 4- 5 working days.
7. yellow fever vaccination is mandatory, you must be vaccinated minimum 10 days prior to arrive back in india(cost is not included)
8. Passport should be valid upto 06 months at the time of arrival in India.
9. The entry to aberdear country club in kenya closes at 6:15 pm. the drive from nairobi to aberdear club is approx 3.5 – 4 hrs. as per the flight schedules available, we have to take the night flight otherwise we may miss the entry in the park. alternatively, we have to stay back at nairobi and that will increase one day in the tour or we may have to drop the tour to aberdear park from our trip.
